As you know, I attempted to save on a brokerage commission by selling the house myself. Although I found a buyer, I had no one representing my interests and as a result the process took an inordinate amount of time. At the end, the contract fell through due to financing, I was out of time and stuck with the house. Thankfully, I remembered working with you before on the purchase of a different property and the excellent work you did then. As it turned out it was one of the smartest calls I've ever made.
